Valvik represents the majority owner of the Mediability Group, Atlantis Vest, where he is head of the business area Direct Investments.
Valvik has wide experience from investments and restructuring processes in several sectors, hereunder IT and software. Valvik is former acting Group CEO in Software Innovation and partner in the private equity company Borea Opportunity. He holds numerous board positions within various industries.
He holds a Master in Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Economics.
Scheel is the founder of Mediateket, that was acquired and merged with Mediability in 2016. Today he works as a Solution Architect in Mediability with projects connected to solutions design and workflow. He has been involved in many of the lighthouse projects in Mediability, with clients as NRK, SBS Discovery and TV 2 Norway, amongst many other.
Prior to founding Mediateket, Scheel worked with content and video editing, playout control and as a TV station transmission controller.
Fritz Rieber is a former partner at Borea, and has work experience from banking and finance.
He has co-founded a number of companies and served member and chairman on the board of listed as well as non-listed companies.
Torstein is a well-known leader with his experience from software and media. He has delivered turnaround projects and strong financial results.
